Existing Lifesure customers

If you are an existing customer at Lifesure and are looking to renew your policy, we have teamed up with the Caravan and Motorhome Club, who will be pleased to help you arrange alternative cover for your touring caravan. Claiming on your current Lifesure caravan insurance policy
If you have an existing caravan policy with Lifesure, this will remain in place until the renewal date, after this time you will need to find an alternative provider. Should you need to make a claim on your existing Lifesure policy you should get in touch with your insurer’s claims team on 0333 400 9051 and they will be pleased to assist.
If you have an RAC touring caravan breakdown policy in place and need to make a claim, the number to call is 0333 070 2680.
